Report a problem
Include the service, time, error message and what you tried to do. Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens or unnecessary personal data. Check the destination before retrying a write action with an uncertain outcome.

Restore a connection
Check that the service is connected and the correct workspace is selected. Reconnect an expired account and refresh the client's tool list. Read permission alone does not authorize sending messages or changing records.
Privacy and deletion
Email your request with the relevant account or workspace, without credentials. For data controlled by your organization, we coordinate the request with that organization.
